BetMGM Steps Up to the Oche as Title Sponsor of 2024 Premier League Darts
MGM Resorts International’s wagering platform has assumed the mantle of primary backer for the Premier League Darts.
This thrilling development follows closely on the heels of the captivating climax of the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship, which witnessed Luke Humphries and Luke Littler vying for supremacy in the ultimate match. The championship was financially supported by Paddy Power.
BetMGM already holds significant clout in the realm of athletics, boasting collaborations in soccer encompassing Manchester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Newcastle United. Now, they’re striking the heart of the target in darts, inking an agreement to sponsor the 2024 Premier League Darts.
The BetMGM Premier League Darts, showcasing eight of the sport’s most prominent figures, will span from February to May, with a substantial £1 million ($1.3 million) prize fund at stake. The leading quartet of players will then clash in the postseason.
